The FAMILY membership is Stay Brewed’s subscription program. There is no separate sign-up page. The membership activates when you select JOIN THE FAMILY from the PRODUCT page or the CHECKOUT page. It gives you 10% off every future order you place — no minimums, no monthly boxes, stay as long as the coffee keeps you happy.
Does The Discount Apply To My First Order?
The 10% FAMILY member discount applies to all future orders placed after you join — it’s our way of rewarding you for remaining in the FAMILY. Your first order is where you sign up, and the savings kick in from there.
Do I Have To Order On A Set Schedule?

Will I Be Notified Before My Credit Card Is Billed For The Next Shipment?
Yes. We will send you an email two days before your credit card is billed for the next shipment. That gives you an opportunity to pause, cancel, or edit your order or your payment information. No surprises with our FAMILY!
Can I Pause Or Cancel My Membership?
Of course. From your account page you can pause your membership to keep your 10% discount active for up to 90 days. Cancel and come back? We’d love to have you — just know you’ll start fresh. We’d hate to see you go, but we’ll never make it hard to leave.
What Happens If I Cancel & Come Back?
You’re always welcome back, but you’ll start a new membership without carrying over your previous discount status. The 10% is our way of saying thank you for staying in the FAMILY. The longer you stay, the more you save!
