Our forefathers envisioned a nation wherein liberty and justice would be for all people. We admire that here and believe in the rendering of “One Nation, Under God.” We relish it with our naming of this organic Chiapas from Mexico. A mellow cup with citrus, graham cracker and nutty finish; very unassuming and exceptionally good—a classic medium. We finish the cup with a rendering of agreement most appropriately put by James Hetfield of Metallica when he states succinctly, “Yeah!”
