DAWN’S EARLY LIGHT

Francis Scott Key was an eyewitness to the bombardment of Fort McHenry.  It was September 14, 1814, and the American flag soared above the fort.  Key knew Fort McHenry had not surrendered.  We roast, brew and enjoy this Honduras light in honor of the resilience and bravery boasted on that day.  Vibrant notes with tart apple, sweet vanilla and nutty flavors; resonant lemon and buttery finish.  Cheers to those brave souls and to Mr. Key for memorializing these moments of our own star-spangled banner in victory.

100% LOVE IT GUARANTEED

Not all farms show up on the radar of large coffee companies. We love finding these small farms that are often off the beaten path with unique, flavorful coffees to share. These special, small lots are the backbone for this vibrant, seasonally-rotating blend.
