In honor of Paul Revere, colonial activist, patriot and member of the Sons of Liberty and his midnight ride–along with other patriots dispatched to warn of incoming British troops–we raise this cup of dark Costa Rica. Rich, smoky and smooth notes; cocoa, roasted peanut and walnut flavors. In remembrance of this patriot and the actions he took, eventually leading to independence.
